How do we center our own needs and wellbeing in a world where our attention and energy are constantly being pulled elsewhere? How do we balance being both a person for others and a person for ourselves? Pam R. Johnson Davis seeks to answer this question in a session called "The Well" at the Racial Justice at Work Summit. Alongside guitar accompaniment Mico Davis, "The Well" will examine "Being" and "Wellbeing" through a collection of songs, poems, and stories. Pam & Mico will bring a unique blend of music and writing alongside giants in social justice work such as Jane Elliot and Dr. Ibram X. Kendi. Join us at the summit in a global draw towards equity.

Join us for an uplifting and rejuvenating evening as we celebrate the power of expression, healing, and sisterhood. Led by the dynamic duo of L'Oreal Thompson Payton, acclaimed author, journalist, and yoga teacher, and Pam R. Johnson Davis, renowned poet, singer, and songwriter, this unique workshop invites Black women to explore the intersection of yoga and poetry as tools for self-discovery, empowerment, and mental wellness.
